About The Position

Yahoo Creative is a full-stack global creative organization that enables advertisers to scale campaigns through proprietary advertising solutions across Yahoo's iconic publisher portfolio. From pre-sales ideation through post-sales execution, the team delivers creative strategy, design, development, testing, implementation, optimization, and AI-enhanced production workflows that help advertisers create engaging experiences and drive business results. Our global, cross-functional team partners closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and external agencies to deliver innovative advertising solutions while protecting the user experience and maximizing value for advertisers across Yahoo's brands. The International Ad Solutions Manager is responsible for the end-to-end production and execution of custom advertising campaigns across Yahoo's proprietary ad products and publisher portfolio. Acting as the technical and operational bridge between clients, agencies, Sales, and internal teams, you'll ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly from initial brief through launch, optimization, and reporting. This role combines client consultation, project management, creative production, technical execution, and campaign optimization in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate across multiple functions while leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve production workflows, increase operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional advertiser experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, creative production, client services, or campaign management.
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns from concept through execution and optimization.
  • Experience with Rich Media, Video, Mobile, and interactive advertising formats.
  • Familiarity with ad serving and creative platforms such as DoubleClick, Celtra, Sizmek, Innovid, or similar technologies.
  • Strong client-facing communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and external partners.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to improve creative production, documentation, research, or operational workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Google Workspace, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical and production partner for Sales, Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Review campaign briefs and recommend the optimal creative and technical approach to achieve client objectives.
  • Partner with Sales during the pre-sales process to develop creative solutions and support responses to client briefs.
  • Lead campaign kick-off meetings to align on creative specifications, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign production, including creative implementation, technical setup, QA, launch coordination, and delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations throughout campaign execution.
  • Provide campaign reporting, performance insights, and optimization recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Consult with clients on creative best practices, reviewing assets and recommending improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Support creative production by developing or resizing assets when design resources are unavailable.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Sales to continuously improve campaign execution and client experience.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline creative workflows, accelerate production, improve QA, generate documentation, and increase operational efficiency while maintaining high creative quality.
  • Stay informed on emerging advertising technologies, creative trends, and AI capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve processes and advertiser outcomes.
