About The Position

Piping Rock Health Products is eager to add an International Account Manager to our International Sales team! You will be part of a team that is compact, fast paced and consistently moving. If you are looking for an opportunity to interact with people from different regions in the world and have an overall understanding of international business in a growing industry and company this may be the job for you. We are looking for an associate who will be just as excited, ready and eager to jump right in. With this opportunity you will be working alongside the Director of International Business and communicating with clients and working cross functionally with many different departments within Piping Rock. Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing business, or a similar field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confident manner.
  • Proactive
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, including professional customer service communication (phone / e-mail / person to person / etc.) and team communication.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook and Word proven proficiency). Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar is preferred)
  • Good time management skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines.
  • Strong sense of urgency and customer service.
  • Fluency in English is required; Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact, along with the salesperson, for assigned international accounts, ensuring seamless communication, timely order processing, and coordination across regulatory, logistics, and operational requirements.
  • Support the Director of International Business in managing and organizing projects such as product registrations, private and custom label product development, and export order tracking.
  • Receive, process, and monitor customer sales orders through fulfillment, coordinating with internal departments to ensure accuracy, timely shipment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate customer shipments and pick-ups, collaborating with warehouse staff, freight companies, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain all shipping and export documentation in compliance with company and international requirements.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints while providing effective solutions.
  • Process customer-related credits, returns, and complaint resolutions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Engage and collaborate with departments such as wholesale, logistics, laboratory, regulatory, finance, and operations to support customer and project needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including account files, databases, spreadsheets, trackers, and communications.
  • Request, compile, and distribute laboratory and product documentation to customers as needed.
  • Process and ship product samples, promotional items, and required documents, including creating manual invoices when necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute account performance and sales reports to management.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations, including tracking production status, inventory levels, and work in progress.
  • Demonstrate independent judgment, initiative, and effective decision-making in managing customer accounts and resolving issues.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
