About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated Internal Traveler Physical Therapist to join their team in Franklin, NJ. This role involves providing world-class care to an adult orthopedic population within the Ivy Rehab Network. The assignment is typically 13 weeks long and offers full-time clinical work with comprehensive benefits. As an internal traveler, you will always be part of Ivy, ensuring consistent employment and better compensation packages, including tax-free stipends and perks. You can choose between the Critical Track (Ivy determines assignments) or the Flex Track (you choose opportunities). This position allows you to explore the country while maintaining employment stability with one organization.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to an adult orthopedic population.
- Treat a diverse caseload including post-operative patients, high school athletes, Medicare patients, workers comp cases, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
- Achieve a daily productivity expectation of 13 patients/day.
- Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
