About The Position

The Special Procedures Technologist, under the supervision of the Special Procedures Supervisor, Cath Lab Manager and Credentialed Physician co-ordinates the technical and patient care component of angiograms, interventions, and other invasive procedures. He/she is responsible for all aspects of patient care in accordance with hospital and department policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved school of Radiology Science.
• Registered by the ARRT.
• Two years’ experience as a radiographer.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in that specialty area.

Nice To Haves

• One year of special procedures preferred.
