Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of office experience, preferably in public accounting
  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or other related business field preferred
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Project management skills necessary to: Meet project milestones, Monitor databases, Maintain and develop relationships with staff, Partners, and internal clients, Perform against tight deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Strong self-motivation balanced with a desire to achieve team goals
  • Expert level skills with Microsoft Project, MS Office (especially Power Point and Excel), Power BI
  • Ability to coordinate information flow with multiple sources (Management, Partnership, team, staff, etc.)
  • Strong technical aptitude with a desire to understand system infrastructure, challenge and streamline existing processes, and create new processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to: Promote positive working relationships with diverse personalities/roles at all levels in the firm, Contribute to a positive team attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills by completing assignments within calendar schedules

Responsibilities

  • Produce reporting for measuring job budget compliance and results
  • Produce and analyze monthly staff hours reports
  • Production of quarterly staffing role analysis and forecasts (by office)
  • Develop and produce periodic reporting as required by various groups (e.g. Diversity, Industry, Service Groups)
  • Assist with the implementation of scheduling system upgrades
  • Create scheduling system reports as requested
  • Update data in scheduling system as required
  • Create and analyze Fiscal and Performance year hours reports
  • Proactively communicate potential staffing issues and provides information to allow for the effective deployment of resources
  • Assist with updating scheduling system to ensure that resources are effectively deployed and staff workloads are balanced
  • Promote and monitor the sharing of resources region-wide as well as firm-wide
  • Attend scheduling meetings
