About The Position

Checkered Flag BMW is growing and needs an Internal Technician to support customer pay demand. We offer a generous pay plan with aggressive production tiers, highly trained Service Advisors and back counter Parts people to help you be efficient, and the opportunity for 60+ hours per week. We have a yearly retention bonus paid right before the holidays, 70% customer pay work with a 1.9X warranty to customer pay conversion rate, and 3.6 average hours per RO. We also provide a clean, organized, and cataloged special tool room to ensure you spend less time looking for a tool and more time turning hours.

Requirements

• Experience as an Internal Technician
• Ability to work 60+ hours per week
• Proficiency in working with warranty repairs
• Ability to achieve 3.6 average hours per RO
• Ability to work day shift and weekends
