This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes initiative, and is committed to building strong relationships with clients and internal partners. As an Internal Client Service Representative, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Advisors, and operational teams to support the sale and retention of group insurance plans. You will manage the full-service lifecycle, from onboarding and renewals to ongoing support and client education, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.
