About The Position

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as an Internal Recruiter, supporting AMER teams. Internal Recruiters are expected to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and process-driven environment with an eye for detail. The role involves partnering with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including senior Hiring Managers, Employee Success, Recruiting Business Advisors, and Sales Strategy, to support internal employee mobility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of excellent client engagement
  • Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives
  • Understanding of ATS tools and technologies
  • Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Internal Recruiting and/or experience with Tech Recruiting a plus
  • experience with Workday a plus

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees at Salesforce
  • Lead the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer accept
  • Enabling candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies
  • Participate in implementing and driving global recruiting programs
  • Build an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates
  • Learn the profiles within your supported talent communities so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
  • Partner with other departments (Headcount Managers, Compensation, Employee Success) to drive the recruiting process
