The position involves extensive worksite organizing and campaigns with low-wage workers, and requires supervisory experience with staff from diverse backgrounds. Strong computer skills are highly recommended. Bilingual language skills (Spanish or Somali) are a bonus due to the significant portion of the membership speaking these languages.
