This is a full-time, employed Internal Medicine opportunity in San Antonio or New Braunfels, TX, with a 100% outpatient-focused practice. The role is in a large, modern clinic with strong patient demand and space to grow your panel. Practice call is shared among the group, with no hospital call required, and after-hours practice calls are handled by an answering service. The position is integrated with over 220 specialists across a 7-hospital network, all utilizing the same EMR. The environment is collaborative and collegial, with dedicated admin time and AI scribe support. Care teams are well-supported, including dedicated MA, LVN, and APP staff in higher-volume offices.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Practice 100% outpatient internal medicine.
• Manage a growing patient panel.
• Participate in practice call rotation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and care staff.
