Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at Riverside Internal Medicine Williamsburg , located in the Medical Office Building at Riverside Doctors' Hospital in Williamsburg, Virginia. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, continuous care to adult patients, with a focus on preventive medicine , chronic disease management , and holistic health education .

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Current DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment and preventive care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in community health initiatives
• Routine treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Annual wellness visits and physical exams
• Management of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and weight
• Age-appropriate vaccines and immunizations
• Well-woman exams, including birth control counseling
