Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our team at Riverside Endocrinology & Diabetes Specialists in Williamsburg, Virginia . The ideal candidate will support our mission which is to deliver the right care at the right time , while enhancing patient well-being and improving health outcomes. As an Endocrinologist at Riverside, you will provide expert, individualized medical care for adult patients in an outpatient setting , managing a wide range of endocrine disorders. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to improving lives through compassionate care and evidence-based treatment. In this role, you will:

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (American Board of Internal Medicine)
  • Current DEA registration

Responsibilities

  • Manage diabetes mellitus , including Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes
  • Treat thyroid disorders such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and thyroid nodules
  • Diagnose and manage adrenal and pituitary gland disorders
  • Address osteoporosis and other metabolic bone diseases
  • Evaluate and treat polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and other reproductive hormone imbalances
  • Provide care for lipid disorders , obesity , and metabolic syndrome
  • Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, medication management, and long-term disease control
