About The Position

A growing Family Medicine practice in Michigan City, Indiana, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its team. Requirements

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
MD or DO
Current BLS/ACLS certification
Indiana medical license or eligibility/in process

Nice To Haves

Women's Health experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine setting.
Collaborate with and/or supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
Conduct approximately 25% of patient contact hours virtually.
Work a flexible full-time schedule, with options for four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.
