About The Position
A well-established primary care group is seeking a new Internal Medicine physician to join their team. The practice consists of 2 Family Practitioners, 1 Internist, 1 Physician Assistant, and experienced office staff, all supported by a leadership team dedicated to fostering a positive work environment. This role offers a 4-day work week and benefits from an excellent referral system. The clinical duties are focused on a full range of outpatient adult and geriatric care, with all inpatient needs being referred to hospitalists. There are no in-house nights or weekends, and call is shared 1:5, limited to phone calls only. The surrounding area provides numerous housing options, including well-maintained older homes and modern homes in new subdivisions, a variety of school choices, and convenient access to Waukesha and nearby communities.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin.
- Ability to work in an outpatient setting.
- Willingness to participate in a shared call rotation.
