National Wound Physician Group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a role in Marshall, MN. This position offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and a strong work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians will become experts in wound management, learning from highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors, and utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Our physicians provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states. We provide physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship, equipping you with the knowledge and expertise for clinical excellence. W2 physicians earn, on average, $300,000 per year plus benefits for a 30-hour work week, with part-time opportunities available. Paid Training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship. The practice involves delivering modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. The role is mobile, with physicians visiting facilities in a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location, visiting 2-3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is done at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using a proprietary wound-specific EMR.
