As a Primary Care Physician, you’ll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population.
Requirements
- BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain prior to start
- Active MCSR & DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting
- Cantonese language proficiency preferred to support patient communication and access to care
Responsibilities
- Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists
- Behavioral health providers are integrated into primary care teams
- Fewer patients per day, longer patient visits
