Internal Medicine Job Near Fairfax, VA
About The Position
Replace a departed physician leaving because husband transferred jobs. Take over an existing patient base & work alongside 5 other IM's & 4 nurse assistants. Clinical responsibilities include a wide scope of outpatient internal medicine procedures w/some ancillary services. All inpatient work is referred to hospitalist department. Ancillary services include EKGs, stress tests, PFTs, Holters, 24 Hour BP Monitoring, labs, Paps, vision, hearing, home sleep study & bone density scanning. Hours of operation are Mon-Thurs 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-5pm & Sat 8am-12n. Compensation offers a competitive salary, incentives, relocation, CME/vacation, benefits, malpractice, 401k & may include a sign-on bonus. Conveniently located within driving distance of Dulles International Airport & Washington, D.C.
