Internal Medicine Physician Assistant - N. Dallas, TX
About The Position
Texas Health Physicians Group is hiring an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant for an established practice in north Dallas, Texas. Providers and staff work closely together to integrate all aspects of internal medicine and provide high-quality medical services to adult patients, with a focus on preventive care to maximize patients’ health and quality of life. This full-time position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative time. The practice uses the EPIC EMR documentation system and offers a competitive base salary plus a production bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Physician Assistant certification and a Texas license are required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant.
- Must maintain board certification as required for licensure.
- Skills in active listening and learning, critical thinking, reading comprehension, effective communication, time management, and judgment and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal medicine services to adult patients.
- Focus on preventive care to support patients’ health and quality of life.
- Document care using the EPIC EMR system.
