About The Position

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their Internal Medicine practice in Medford, MA. This role involves developing meaningful patient relationships, managing primary care needs, utilizing proactive care management with preventative medicine and integrated population health, and collaborating with various medical community members. The position emphasizes active engagement within communities by bringing academic and community care strengths to patients.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner program.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or similar clinical setting.
Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
A patient-centered approach with a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
A passion for primary care.
