Position Details Full-time role providing medical management for new admissions and follow-up care Monday-Friday schedule Daily patient volume: ~15-20 Limited call: 1 night per week + 1 weekend per month (phone only; respond within 15 minutes) Call duties include addressing overnight medical concerns, giving verbal orders, and reviewing new admission histories- no onsite presence Intake/Nursing team manages admission logistics ; NP reviews history and orders continuation or initiation of medications (e.g., antibiotics) Internal Medicine team completes all H&Ps within 24 hours of admission
