About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. The practice operates directly out of the high-functioning Heather Glenn Internal Medicine clinic on Naab Road, structurally integrated with the premier referral resources of Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis. Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis features an 86th Street campus anchored by an 821-bed acute care facility and 8 specialized Centers of Excellence, including a Level 1 Trauma Center. Serving a broad metropolitan Indianapolis population, providing an exceptional localized patient panel and strong multi-specialty network support. This role offers a physician-led, collaborative culture, long-term practice stability, and is part of a national network with local autonomy, rooted in mission-centered care.

Requirements

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nurse Practitioner
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Call structure: Shared weekday and weekend on-call schedule rotation
• 100% Outpatient clinic featuring 26 dedicated exam rooms and a manageable expected patient volume of 12–15 patients per day.
• Access to advanced practice support resources and streamlined work-flows using the Athena EMR system.
• Enhance patient access through high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic evaluations for primary internal medicine conditions.
• Drive clinical excellence by actively participating in care quality and cost-effectiveness initiatives across the practice.
