About The Position

The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Nocturnist to join their team in 2026 at a Level I facility in Tyler, Texas. This is a full-time, inpatient-only position with a 7 on/7 off schedule, working from 7 pm to 7 am. The role does not involve procedures, call, or codes. Physicians will be responsible for approximately 10 admissions per night. Providers will utilize Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe technology to streamline documentation and improve work-life balance. The position is employed by the University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine and practices within UT Health East Texas facilities.

Requirements

• BC/BE Internal Medicine
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities
