Highlights: Outpatient Only; full spectrum internal medicine Types of visits; annual well visits, chronic disease management and acute visits 1:2 Call Clinic location: King-Bruwaert House Community EPIC EMR Occurrence based malpractice insurance coverage PTO and CME Annual Salary: $225K-280K

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
• Board Certified/Eligible, required
