The Internal Sales Specialist is the primary touch point for our sales team; actively partnering with SPG Life and Annuity’s external wholesaler team, our clients, driving activity to meet sales goals. An internal sales-specialist provides proactive and consultative support while coordinating administrative activity on sales leads, opportunities, case design and potential new business. Individuals demonstrate or develop an understanding of the life insurance industry, becoming an expert on products, carriers, competition, and the regulatory environment, deepening relationships with producers, prospects, and insurance carriers, providing education and advocacy on clients’ behalf to ensure we are doing the right thing for the end client. This position has a direct impact to a client’s financial security.
