About The Position
First Call is looking for a dependable, curious, people-focused person in or near Harlem, Montana, to help local organizations keep their computers, networks, users, and systems working. This role may be a fit for an experienced IT technician or for someone with strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and a real interest in technology who wants to be trained. You’ll help client organizations solve everyday technology problems. That may include setting up computers, helping users, troubleshooting, helping administer Google Workspace, working with printers and networks, doing projects, and coordinating with the broader First Call technical team.
