The role is responsible for coordinating meeting logistics, supporting agenda development, documenting meeting discussions and outcomes, and maintaining committee records and materials within the firm’s governance portal. This position works closely with committee members, Legal partners, and Governance colleagues to ensure accurate documentation and effective committee operations.
