About The Position

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is seeking an Internal Control Financial Analyst to join its Finances team based in Mirabel, Québec, Canada. This role is part of the finance team responsible for financial information and treasury, operating in an organization that promotes autonomous cross-collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning. The Internal Control Financial Analyst will support business partners in planning and executing their financial plans and assist them in their daily activities.

Requirements

You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a college diploma with equivalent work experience
You have more than five (5) years of experience in a finance position
You are able to challenge the schedule, operations priorities
You have strong analytic skills, challenge mindset
You have strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of existing internal controls
Oversee the implementation of new controls when required, or the modification of existing controls, to keep pace with changes in the company’s environment
Plan and supervise the testing of various controls across the organization
Serve as the reference point for updating the status of controls and implementing internal audit processes
Act as the point of contact for various inquiries
Monitor and provide explanations regarding FX variations
