The Internal Communications & Strategic Alignment Specialist is responsible for designing and managing MEDA’s internal communications "operating system," ensuring staff across all regions and functions are aligned, informed, and engaged with the New Horizons 2030 strategy. The role translates strategy into clear narratives that strengthen culture, alignment and organizational performance. Occasional international travel required.
