About The Position

The Internal Communications Partner plays a critical role in shaping and executing ModMed’s internal communications strategy. In this role, you will report to and work with the Senior Director, People Experience & Culture, to plan and create strategies, tactics, and messaging that engage employees in the company’s strategy, culture, and key priorities. You will manage core internal communication channels, support enterprise-wide programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Modernizers receive timely, aligned, and accessible information. This role requires exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, strong judgment, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex information
  • Experience creating content across multiple internal communication channels (e.g.,email, Slack, intranet, digital signage)
  • Ability to use AI tools to enhance productivity, generate content, and streamline communication planning
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across teams and collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, high-growth environment and adapting quickly to changing business needs

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years of experience in a communications, marketing, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level events (town halls, leadership meetings, all-hands)
  • Experience helping to introduce or implement new internal communication tools, channels, or platforms within an organization
  • Familiarity with communication analytics, employee experience insights, and best practices in internal communications
  • Background in SaaS, healthcare technology, or a similar fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage content for company-wide communication channels, including email, Slack, digital signage, and internal sites.
  • Craft internal messaging that brings clarity to ModMed’s culture, values, strategy, and business performance.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance writing quality, streamline content development, generate ideas, and improve communication efficiency.
  • Support the planning, content development, and execution of enterprise forums and other leadership or company meetings.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex information into simple, engaging messages.
  • Coordinate content for internal campaigns, change initiatives, and company priorities to ensure consistency and alignment across channels.
  • Maintain internal communication calendars, schedules, and archives; ensure communications are delivered on time and with accuracy.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, clarity, and brand across all internal messaging, reinforcing a cohesive and positive employee experience.
  • Monitor feedback and basic channel analytics to evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and employee engagement through new tools, channels, and practices.
