The Internal Communications Partner plays a critical role in shaping and executing ModMed’s internal communications strategy. In this role, you will report to and work with the Senior Director, People Experience & Culture, to plan and create strategies, tactics, and messaging that engage employees in the company’s strategy, culture, and key priorities. You will manage core internal communication channels, support enterprise-wide programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Modernizers receive timely, aligned, and accessible information. This role requires exceptional writing skills, strategic thinking, strong judgment, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
