About The Position

Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across internal channels. Content and Messaging Development: Draft, edit, and distribute a variety of internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, intranet content, leadership messages, presentations, etc. Tailor messaging for different employee audiences and communications channels. Executive and Program Support: Assist with communications for enterprise programs, strategic initiatives, and leadership priorities, translating business objectives into compelling internal content and storytelling. Channel Management: Support day-to-day management of internal channels such as intranet platforms, email communications, collaboration tools, and other enterprise channels. Help monitor channel effectiveness and apply insights to improve reach and engagement. Enterprise Events: Provide communications and content support for internal events and enterprise moments (e.g., town halls, leadership forums), including message development, presentation materials, and coordination support. Employee Experience and Culture: Partner with Communications and HR colleagues to support initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging, and culture across the organization, including ongoing improvements for communication channels for our non-wired / non-connected workforce. Transformation Communications: Support communications for change and transformation initiatives, applying established change management frameworks and best practices. Measurement: Assist in tracking engagement metrics, gathering feedback, and analyzing results to assess the effectiveness of internal communications and inform ongoing improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
  • Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia production
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness
  • Familiarity with Microsoft M365 platform and tools
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Ability to translate business input and communications plans into compelling content and execution
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating across teams and functions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
