See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: The Internal Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and alignment across Brunswick Boat Group and its iconic boat brands. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Internal Communications, this role is responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies that support the division’s business objectives, reinforce Brunswick’s enterprise messaging, and empower leaders and managers with the tools they need to communicate effectively with their teams. This position requires a strategic communicator and exceptional writer who can distill complex business information into clear, compelling, and actionable messages. In this role, the Internal Communications Manager will oversee execution of division-wide content strategy that focuses on driving employee engagement, specifically within the division’s frontline workforce.
