About The Position

monday.com is seeking a senior Internal Communications Manager to lead regional communications across North America (New York, Denver, remote), LATAM (Brazil, Mexico), and the Revenue Organization. This role involves managing day-to-day and change communications, acting as a local liaison for updates from HQ in Tel Aviv, and proactively identifying and driving communication initiatives within each region. The manager will collaborate closely with local HR leaders and General Managers to understand and address market needs. This position is crucial for serving as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and executives, and for bringing monday.com's internal tone of voice to life. The role is part of the Global Communications team and reports to the Director of Communications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in internal communications, ideally in fast-paced global companies.
  • Proven experience delivering and scaling messaging about organizational change.
  • An entrepreneurial operator - strategizes, builds, writes, and executes; rolls up sleeves and gets things done.
  • A creative communicator who can make internal content feel fresh and engaging.
  • Maintains a unified company voice while giving each region its own distinct personality.
  • Strong writer and sharp strategist, equally comfortable working with operational colleagues and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution across all regional channels including newsletters, Slack, Town Halls, and executive briefings.
  • Proactively audit site needs, ideate initiatives, and drive them to execution in close partnership with site HR leaders and GMs.
  • Bridge HQ strategic updates to regional audiences while finding the local voice for each market.
  • Implement and maintain monday.com's tone of voice across all internal communications.
  • Act as a go-to communications resource for employees, managers, and senior leaders across the region.
