About The Position

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Internal Communications Manager to support our new Commercial Communications function. Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Communications, this role will focus on delivering clear, consistent, and engaging internal communications for Thomson Reuters ‘big 3’ business segments: Tax, Audit & Accounting Professionals, Legal, and Corporates. You will help colleagues understand business priorities, segment strategies, commercial progress, customer impact, product moments, and leadership messages. Working closely with partners across the segment teams, and supporting partners from marketing and product, alongside the broader communications team, you will help translate complex business topics into clear and compelling communications for internal audiences. You will play an important part in standardizing internal communications across the business segments through repeatable processes, templates, playbooks, editorial planning, and appropriate use of AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate will bring strong writing skills, good judgment, stakeholder management experience, and a strong understanding of how internal communications can support colleague engagement and advocacy, strategic alignment, and business performance in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
