The Lead, Communications serves as the day-to-day lead for Spirit’s internal and enterprise communications, partnering closely with the Director, Communications to inform, engage, and inspire Team Members across the network. This role drives the execution and alignment of key communication channels—including company newsletters, leadership messaging, and business updates—ensuring clarity, consistency, and connection at every level of the organization. The Lead acts as a strategic and tactical partner, managing daily operations, guiding content and tone, and leveraging data to measure effectiveness and engagement. The position also supports external and brand communications efforts as needed, reinforcing enterprise alignment and elevating the Spirit brand voice.
