About The Position

Anchor QEA is seeking interns across a broad range of practice areas for our 2026 Internship Program. We will require interns to regularly come into an office and potentially perform fieldwork, depending on project needs. Interns will experience a combination of hands-on work and a defined project within their scope of study, as well as the opportunity for exposure to other service areas within our firm. There will be opportunities to work with senior- and executive-level professionals, assisting with project-related tasks and gaining insight into the world of professional consulting. Interns will have a solid understanding of environmental consulting at the conclusion of the program.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Please provide 2-3 writing samples
  • Ability to interpret and simply explain technical information
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Project management mindset to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Desire to work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals
  • Balance of a professional attitude while having fun

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Simpplr a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of employee-facing emails and articles
  • Update and design intranet pages (experience with Simpplr a plus)
  • Conduct research and analysis around audience types, trends, and strategies
  • Design branded collateral for internal audiences
  • Assist with content planning, presenter coordination, and presentation development for monthly staff meetings
  • Create a communications campaign for an upcoming corporate initiative
  • Update documents, calendars, schedules, weekly statuses, etc.
