About The Position

Under the direction of the SOX Compliance team and/or Internal Audit, the Intern will work closely with business stakeholders and be responsible for performing various Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) projects. This responsibility may include assisting in the development of scope, performing internal testing procedures, and maintaining both process flows and risk & control matrices, as necessary. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, this position is considered part of the Internal Audit & SOX Compliance teams. Requirements
