ELS is hiring for the position of Internal Audit Intern in Chicago, Illinois. What you’ll do: The Internal Audit Intern assists the Internal Audit department with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 process walkthroughs and testing. Your job will include: Retrieve data from various systems. Scan documents as required. Review and document results. Control mapping and update as needed. Assist with running reports and preparing audit work for onsite audits. Assist with local onsite audits.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably with an Accounting or Finance focus.
- Grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- No experience required.
- Problem solving skills in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.
