About The Position

As a Summer 2027 Intern, you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience and collaborate with industry professionals who are committed to helping you grow. You will work on one or more impactful projects that contribute directly to Intrepid's operations and strategic business objectives. We anticipate internship opportunities across several disciplines and business areas, including: Operations, Engineering, including chemical, process, mining, industrial, and related disciplines, Environmental, Health and safety, Quality.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a field related to the internship opportunity
• Strong academic performance and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
