Responsibilities

• Observe and assist team members across multiple departments including Retail Banking, Lending, Operations, Compliance, Accounting, and Human Resources.
• Support daily operational tasks and departmental projects.
• Participate in team meetings and learning sessions to gain a broader understanding of bank functions.
• Assist with research, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with customers and staff.
• Complete a final internship reflection or presentation summarizing the experience and key learnings.
