About The Position

The Intern role provides hands-on experience supporting business operations, client-facing initiatives, project delivery activities, and technical consulting services within a professional services environment. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to assist with project coordination, research, analysis, documentation, communications, and operational support activities that contribute to successful team and client outcomes. This posting is intended as a declaration of interest for students who would like to be considered for Brown and Caldwell's 2027 Internship Program. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in and continuing enrollment after internship in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with a minimum 3.0 GPA (or equivalent).
  • Communication, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, analytical thinking, Microsoft Office proficiency, adaptability, professionalism, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • No prior professional experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred majors: Engineering, Data Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or other STEM disciplines.
  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day activities; collaborate across teams; assist with project coordination, research, reporting, documentation, meetings, presentations, process improvement, and professional development activities including workshops and a capstone project.
  • Support consulting teams with technical research, analysis, and project execution.
  • Apply academic knowledge to real-world technical challenges.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, content creation, branding, and market research.
  • Work with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and support campaign analytics.
