Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• If currently enrolled in HS, pass a literacy assessment

Responsibilities

• Perform basic office functions to facilitate patient access into the practice.
• Obtain accurate patient information.
• Create a positive office image by responding professionally to all patients, staff and other customers in a manner consistent with the Mercy Medical Center Philosophy.
• Be willing to perform job standards and provide excellent customer service to staff, patients and visitors in a manner consistent with Mercy Medical Centers' Service Excellence Standards, Mission and Values.
