About The Position

Alteva RCM is seeking motivated students and recent graduates to participate in its Summer Internship Program. This program is designed to provide meaningful professional experience and exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management and business operations. Interns will support teams across the organization while gaining insight into day-to-day operations, administrative functions, and project-based work. The program offers participants the opportunity to build professional skills, receive mentorship from experienced team members, and gain foundational exposure to the healthcare revenue cycle management field.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Interest in healthcare administration, business operations, or revenue cycle management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, follow direction, and work both independently and collaboratively
• Professional demeanor and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting ongoing departmental projects and initiatives
• Completing data entry, documentation, and organizational assignments
• Collaborating with team members on project-based work
• Participating in training, mentorship, and professional development activities
• Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all assignments
• Completing assigned tasks within established timelines
• Participating in performance feedback at the end of the internship program
