About The Position

The Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with hands-on exposure to multiple business functions within the organization. This structured, five-week rotational program is designed to support learning, professional development, and career exploration while providing meaningful insight into our operations, culture, and leadership team. Interns will have the opportunity to engage with various departments, participate in business discussions, observe operational processes, and gain practical knowledge of potential career paths within the organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college, university, or relevant educational program, or a recent graduate.
• Strong interest in business operations and professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in company orientation and onboarding activities.
• Learn about the organization’s structure, mission, values, and business operations.
• Gain exposure to company data systems, reporting processes, and business intelligence tools.
• Understand how data supports operational and strategic decision-making.
• Observe key reporting metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Learn about technology infrastructure, IT support functions, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Gain an understanding of legal and compliance functions within the organization.
• Learn about contract review processes and regulatory considerations.
• Develop awareness of privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in departmental overviews of PI, SA, and MT operations.

• Learn project management fundamentals, methodologies, and governance structures.
• Review active projects and project lifecycle management practices.
• Attend project meetings and observe stakeholder communication processes.
