About The Position

H2O Bowling Green is seeking individuals to join their team through Reliant. H2O Bowling Green is a growing church with a strong focus on the next generation, particularly on the college campus. They aim to help people find and follow Jesus through Sunday services, campus life groups, and city groups. They offer opportunities for paid and unpaid internships (1 semester or 1 year) and 2-year residencies that may lead to full-time staff positions. These roles are support-based and tailored to individual gifts and the church's needs, with opportunities in areas such as worship, pastoral development, tech/production, youth, kids, outreach, and groups. Reliant is a faith-based nonprofit that supports missionaries in raising financial and prayer support for ministry roles.

Requirements

• Application for Reliant
• Ministry Assessment to assess readiness for a ministry role
• Moral Conduct assessment for emotional and character readiness
• Local Interview with church leadership
• Reliant Review of application components
• Decision/Discernment process with Reliant and church leadership
• Completion of online (and potentially in-person) training and HR paperwork for onboarding
• Readiness to raise financial support
