About The Position

We are seeking motivated and dependable Interns to support a variety of operational and administrative functions across our manufacturing facility and offsite warehouse operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to complex sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, aircraft engine component manufacturing, and tool storage management within a fast-paced aerospace environment. Interns will assist multiple departments with daily activities, gain practical industry experience, and develop foundational workplace and technical skills. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals eager to learn, contribute, and work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirements established by applicable federal and state labor laws.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn new skills and support multiple departments.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time bases without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assist production, warehouse, and support teams with day-to-day operational activities.
Support inventory organization, material movement, and tool storage processes.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and transportation of materials and components.
Support fabrication and machining teams with assigned non-technical tasks and project preparation.
Conduct basic inventory counts and inspections of tools, materials, and supplies.
Perform basic data entry and update records using company systems and software.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company safety standards.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Communicate task progress and operational concerns to supervisors and team members.
Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.
