Internship- Summer 2027 South Division

Hajoca Corporation
Onsite

About The Position

The South Division of Hajoca has a 12-week paid rotational internship opportunity in a fast-paced environment. Interns will receive hands-on experience in every aspect of wholesale distribution and be coached by experienced mentors. The internship is spent in a profit center, learning the logistics, operations, and sales side of the business. The phases consist of: Warehouse (5 weeks): Begin with the foundation of our business. You’ll learn how materials move in and out of the Profit Center by performing and mastering daily logistics operations. This phase helps you understand our team, workflow, and service standards from the ground up. Counter Sales (5 weeks): At the sales counter, you’ll interact directly with customers. You’ll write up orders, secure materials, and continue expanding your knowledge of products, the industry, and the local market. This phase emphasizes customer service and relationship building. Sales Generation (2 weeks): During this phase, you’ll spend time alongside our Inside and Outside Sales teams, learning how they build relationships and grow the business. You’ll then put those skills into action with the responsibility and autonomy to generate new sales leads through cold calling, job site visits, and proactive outreach. This phase emphasizes initiative, relationship building, and sales generation. Our internship can give you a glimpse into what a full-time opportunity at Hajoca could look like!
