The individual in this position is responsible for working with the Regional Manager of the Shops to shadow working in both Sales, Customer Service, and Field Technicians . Support Shops with issues related to the Shops ordering or stocking strategy Control processes through the effective use of reporting and exception reporting. Optimize supply chain management by collaborating with suppliers and internal resources to resolve problems and improve purchasing, inventory, and logistical processes. Resolve errors in the ordering process and release purchase orders Manage returns processing Resolve invoice discrepancies and validate past due open orders Assess and process special buys
