About The Position

Our
Intern Program is designed for entry-level qualified candidates who are
eager to learn and grow with an organization that puts its People First. Interns
will spend approximately three (3) months developing skills needed to be
successful across multiple aspects of the organization. This program provides a
cross-functional hands-on learning experience via guided segments through, but
not limited to, the following:

Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values and culture

Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
Residential/Commercial Sales
Wholesale/Branch sales functions
Distribution/Warehouse functions
Creating a great customer experience

Requirements

• Candidates must be a current student striving towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering or a related field of study
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Ability to work in changing environments and see-through complexity

Nice To Haves

• Strong interest in and desire to learn any of the following is a plus: customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, commercial engineering
• Prior internship experience in any of the above is a plus
