Interns will go to Court and argue bail at initial appearances, conduct plea and sentencing hearings wherein they will argue to what the State believes the Court should sentence a defendant, assist in drafting and arguing motions and response briefs, conduct motion hearings on behalf of the State and possibly conduct jury trials. The internship is projected to last August 2026 - May 2027.
