Alliance Advisors’ Summer Internship Program is a hands-on experience for undergraduate students who want to build professional skills through meaningful project work in a professional services environment. Designed as an 8-week program, the internship combines real assignments, structured mentorship, skills development, and exposure to leadership while operating on a full-time summer schedule of approximately 35–40 hours per week. Program Dates and Format Program timing: Week of June 1, 2026 through the first week of August 2026 (target 8 weeks). Expected schedule: Full-time, 35–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Format: In-person or hybrid, depending on business needs and team location. What You Will Do As a Summer 2026 Intern, you will be part of a small intern cohort and work alongside business-unit teams on real projects that support Alliance Advisors’ clients and internal initiatives. Throughout the summer, your responsibilities may include: Supporting project teams with research, data gathering, and basic analysis. Assisting in the preparation of client-ready materials such as reports, presentations, and summaries. Participating in team meetings to see how professionals collaborate, communicate, and deliver results for clients. Using professional tools and systems to track tasks, organize information, and support project workflows. Contributing to an intern capstone or final presentation that highlights your project work and learnings to leadership at the end of the program. Program Experience and Development The internship is structured to help you move from onboarding to active contribution over the course of the summer. Early weeks: Orientation to Alliance Advisors, our tools, culture, and project kickoff. Mid-program: Ongoing project work, weekly check-ins with your manager or mentor, and midpoint feedback. Final weeks: Completion of key deliverables and preparation of a capstone-style final presentation to program leaders. Interns gain hands-on experience with real projects, ongoing mentorship and feedback, exposure to professional tools and leadership, and skill development in research, analysis, communication, and presentation. QualificationsThis internship is best suited for undergraduate students who are eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment and interested in working with public companies, capital markets, and shareholders.
